I was reading the latest issue of Babiekins Magazine when I saw a company that looked interesting called MAMËLL. There was just a little picture of it, but I clicked over to further investigate, and it turns out this company is very interesting. They have a wonderful vision for their toys. MAMËLL is a project that hand makes their wooden toys in Argentina, which are crafted out of the wood there.

MAMËLL calls their line of toys, “construction toys” and hopes that each child will use their imagination to add their own individuality to the object in their hands. Check out this cute video of how MAMËLL hand crafts each of their toys. I personally have a soft spot for this crazy bird. – Tiffany King

Yes, I couldn’t believe it when I found these, they have so many great designs to choose from. I posted about them a while ago because I just couldn’t wait for the mag to come out! Beautiful, intelligent, sustainable toys – we need more of these!
