Well being english i do love a good cup of tea but i love mine with a kit-kat to dunk in it, sometimes even slurp up the tea with it like a straw…its a terrible habit!x

  2. Marije

A friend taught me the recipe for fish stick toasted sandwiches. Two slices of bread, a number of deep frozen fish sticks (left over battered and deepfried fish will do excellently too), slices of bell peper and some grated cheese. Put all the ingredients between the slices of bread, put it in the toaster, wait for a bit and…. done!

The most relaxing thing I can do after an exhaustive day is to kick off my heels, turn on some music and go into the kitchen. I love experimenting with spices and breaking all the rules – sometimes with a glass of wine in one hand… Risotto is my guilty pleasure – the process is slow and the result is always rich!

I tell you what…there is something I really love, but I know it sounds terrible…pssst: I ♥ deep-fried snickers!! Yessss, I bet, there’s nothing eatable with more calories!
PS: Also works well with any other chocolate bar or even ice inside the deep-frying batter!

ice cream… i really love ice cream all times…

  7. Jessa Wiles

oh gosh, well there is quite the list! Nutella on pancakes is my guilty pleasure I would say, it’s so unhealthy but soooo good!

  8. rosanne

    Well…hmmm, dear I tell you?

I start with some smoked salmon, secretly taken out of the fridge. Then take a sip of my favourite vanille chai with milk. And I finish with a chocolate truffle (or..who am I kidding…maybe more then one).

  9. Maria

Fruit with ice-cream!!! I could eat it all day, during summer our winter!

  10. dervla

Kim Boyce’s whole wheat chocolate chip cookies dipped in earl grey with lots of sugar and milk – heaven

  11. Jennyroo

Bacon and raspberry jam sandwiches on toasted white bread! Salty and sweet and perfectly comforting… I’ve eaten them since I was a child, and I still do!

  12. oon

Definitely sticky toffee pudding. But since I have to have it send over from the UK I ration my supply 🙂

The prints are wonderful! Thanks for sharing this with us. This is a shop to remember.

  13. Becca

cupcakes! But do to a whole bunch of food sensitivities I make them with spelt flour and goat butter. I make a fantastic goat butter cream icing. I make my goat spelt cake twice a year for my birthday and 6 months later, for my partners birthday.

I save bacon fat after cooking bacon and save it in the fridge – the best thing spread on toast with some tea!

  15. Stefanie

I like having nutella and cheddar together on a sandwich, most people say it sounds horrible, but I love the sweet and salty combination…

  16. sacha

I love the coffee- especially when I’m doing the dishes and the husband is doing the kid’s bath:)

  17. Sally

You can’t beat a beautiful nutty muesli, berries and yoghurt for me.

  18. ana

Thin bread sandwich with lots of fresh spinach and a little honey… (plus a mug of hot milk makes my dinner)

  19. Miriam

My favorite guilty kitchen concoction is a toasted pita with hummus, garlicky tahini, pickles and . . . a poached egg! The runnier the yolk, the better, because it mixes up with the hummus and tahini and tastes divine. Sometimes I’ll add some greens, maybe a little Israeli salad (finely chopped tomato, cucumber, onions, purple cabbage), a crumble or two of feta, but that’s really just superfluous. It’s all about the gooey, hummus-y yolk. Or should I say yoke?

  20. Nicola

Apart from chocolate, my favourite thing is thick crunchy peanut butter and honey on crunchy wholegrain toast. Gorgeous prints!

  21. hanna

saltines with melted cheddar cheese or peanut butter.

  22. Hazel

My guilty food pleasure: NUTELLA! Whether it’s during the day or night or past midnight, I always crave it. It’s especially great with strawberries, on crepes, and sometimes I like to use it for cake.

  23. Polly

    I love Yoke!
I love a bit of marmite on anything- toast, sandwiches, crackers… A guilty pleasure is a marmite and crisp sandwich. Not very healthy but delicious! x

  24. caroline

my favorite desert is just oatmeal with sugar. straight up. (read: dry)
its really yummy, tho. .. never occurred to me that it was a weird thing until my flatmate inquired about what i was eating.
my mom grew up in the 50s in the boonies in finland and it was a pretty regular goodie back then. ’nuff said.

  25. Verbena

I love warm chocolate pudding with vanilla ice-cream on top! Yum!

  26. Susannah

My husband thinks I am tres weird but … sage and onion stuffing and beetroot sandwich – got to be on brown bread with liberal spread of real butter. Deeeelicious – a carb feast – perfect hangover meal! x

  27. Afke Spies

Pancakes…i love all sorts of pancakes. I like them in the morning, afternoon or in the evening, i could eat them all day. The Canadian pancakes i often make for breakfast and the dutch ones for dinner.

  28. Bieke

Yumm, Yumm, I really love a raw egg yolk on my french fries!! Nothing better and tastier than to throw a cold raw egg yolk straight on your warm french fries. The deep yellow drips off between the lighter fries and gives them a stronger, deeper taste. A bit of sweet mayonnaise finishes it off! Tasty!!

  29. Jenny

NUTELLA! One everything – toast, crackers, on top of porridge (best breakfast ever!) or just off the spoon. I’m completely addicted to it and have been ever since my Grandpa let me try some when I was very young. I just love it!
Theprints are awesome, lovely giveaway 🙂

  30. Claire

I used to love cottage cheese and oatmeal. Now I think it is revolting LOL. I don’t really have any bizarre food combinations anymore! Ketchup and anything I guess, hehe

  31. J

Chocolate chip cookie with melted marshmallow and peanut butter!

  32. GariAnn Hedquist

I love to mix orange marmalade with horseradish & sweet hot mustard then spread it onto a toasted English muffin!!!

  33. Joanne

Cheese and onion crisp sandwiches, with Ballymaloe relish. So wrong its right. Love the giveaway!

  34. Hannah C

Nutella, peanut butter and marshmallow fluff on a slice of baguette, toasted until the fluff browns a bit.

  35. Anna

i love babaganoush with a hint of soya sauce and a glass of Normandie Cider
